Of Sale
Designation of premises
The Domaines & Events group's domains provide outdoor and indoor spaces as well as parking and related amenities. Green spaces are available to the Organizing Customer provided that the public observes the greatest respect for flora and decorative and art objects.
Duration of provision
The duration of the provision is agreed within the limits of the hours stipulated in the estimate.
Baby-Sitting
Domaines & Events requires in its domains, the presence of adult and licensed babysitters throughout the duration of the event and mandated by the Organizing Client to supervise children.
Service providers
A list of recommended service providers is available to customers, in the brochure for each domain by clicking on the “Discover our partners” tab.
Domaines & Events has an exclusive partnership with Stéphane Bourgeon, official photographer of D&é, for the production of his commercial visuals: photos and videos.
External service providers
“Non-partner” service providers are asked to provide us with professional insurance covering their service at least 15 days before the event.
Catering services
The Organizing Customer undertakes to contract that it is the responsibility of the caterer to: tidy up tables & chairs, make the kitchen, room & sanitary facilities clean after use (brooms...) and remove all waste including glasses.
It is of course understood that the service and/or kitchen staff at the reception site are not an integral part of these general conditions of sale, but of the catering service.
Regarding the management of waste and glass, we remind you that everything must be taken over by the caterer or by you at the end of your event.
Sound system & disc jockey
In the case of an external service provider selected, a technical identification on site with the event manager will be mandatory as well as the signature of the specifications.
The use of subwoofers is strictly and formally prohibited.
Noise pollution
The sound system and dance activities will take place indoors exclusively.
The Organizing Customer is asked to stop the music broadcast at 4 am.
Animations/decoration
It should be noted that lantern releases, fireworks (in some areas), balloon releases, hot air balloon or helicopter arrivals are prohibited.
The Organizing Customer is asked not to use nails, screws or staples during their decoration in order not to degrade the premises.
An inspection of the premises will be systematically carried out after the event (see responsibilities and obligations of the organizing client)
Addition of temporary structures
The Organizing Customer undertakes to return the site in the same condition as when entering the premises. In particular, he undertakes to remove all additional equipment that he would have stored during his presence (decoration, signage, lighting, etc.) no later than the next day before 11:00am.
Any addition of a tent or structure must be the subject of prior agreement by the Domaine.
Except for special conditions, it must be assembled at the earliest on the D-day of reception and dismantled no later than the next day before 11:00am.
The structure must be installed by a well-known and approved professional.
If the electrical power made available to the Organizing Customer is insufficient, the latter must do its business by renting a generator or installing a temporary EDF cabinet.
Responsibilities and obligations of the Organizing Client
The Organizing Customer is responsible for all damage resulting from the reception.
The Organizing Customer is responsible for the service providers and personnel appointed for the proper execution of the reception.
Any resulting repairs or repairs will be at his expense. A contradictory inventory may be drawn up at the request and at the expense of the Organizing Customer.
Domaines & Events cannot be held responsible for objects or goods deposited in its sites, nor for vehicles parked in the allocated car parks.
The Organizing Customer will not be able to exercise any recourse against Domains & évènements in the event of damage or accident occurring on the premises (indoor and outdoor) during the period of stay.
Domaines & Events cannot, under any circumstances, be blamed on the consequences of a failure to monitor minors on the site. The Organizing Client must take all necessary measures to ensure the proper supervision of the latter.
Insurance and security deposit
The Organizing Client must contract “Vacation and Family Celebration” insurance with a solvent French insurance center (if the latter does not already have one), covering the entire period of this estimate and must justify this by a certificate attached to this estimate.
The Organizing Customer must file in the field chosen for his event:
- A security deposit intended to cover damage and damage to the premises and the furniture and objects filling the premises, in the form of a check whose amount will be determined according to the number of guests.
Withdrawal periods
“In accordance with article L 221-28 of the Consumer Code, the customer does not have the right of withdrawal from consumers within 14 days provided for in article L221-5 of the same code.
The provision of accommodation services is in fact excluded from the benefit of the right of withdrawal.”
Booking and cancellation
The reservation of a Domain will be final after signature and initialization of the quotation and the general conditions of sale by both parties.
The balance will be paid no later than 15 (fifteen) calendar days before the date of receipt.
Failure to pay the balance would result in the application of penalties.
In the event that a domain of SAS Domaines & Events should postpone this estimate for exceptional reasons beyond its control, in particular during official prohibitions, acts of others, and/or cases of force majeure (exceptional weather such as floods, hurricanes, cyclones, cyclones, cyclones, epidemics...) it undertakes:
1) To justify exceptional causes in writing,
2) To make every effort to find a new date that suits both parties within 18 months. The rate will be revised according to the year and the season and a deferral fee will be applied (10% of the amount including VAT of the signed quote).
In case of cancellation by the Organizing Customer
The organizing client must send a letter with acknowledgement of receipt to the address of the domain indicating his desire to cancel his wedding.
● Beyond 12 months before receipt, the deposit will be returned to the Organizing Customer after deduction of a fixed cancellation fee of €500;
● Between 12 months and 7 months prior to receipt, compensation corresponding to the deposit will be acquired by SAS Domaine de la
Thibaudière/La Roche Couridor;
● Between 7 months and 1 month of receipt, an allowance corresponding to the total amount of the provision of the domain and 50% of
Estimated catering quote validated in progress by the organizing client will be due.
● Less than one month from the reception, the estimated total of the provision of the domain and the catering quote validated by the customer
Upstream organizer will be due.
In any case, if the reception should be postponed in time after agreement between the parties, it must be carried out in a
period of 18 months and regardless of the reasons (example: COVID19).
The rate will be revised according to the year and the season of deferral, deferral fees will also be applied (10% of the total amount including VAT of
quote signed).
Visits after contract signatures
The Organizing Customer is authorized to return to the site after signing the contract to locate the premises within reasonable limits.
General Personal Data Protection Regulation
Any service will be the subject of a registration accessible by the Customer on simple request at the following address contact@domainesevenements.com
In accordance with the amended Law 78-17 “Informatique et Libertés” of January 6, 1978, of January 6, 1978, customers have the right to access, rectify and oppose personal data processed concerning them.
The Customer may also refuse the treatment, request a limitation of it or request the deletion (within the limits of the legal retention periods) of personal data.
This right can be exercised upon simple written request to contact@domainesevenements.com who will respond to the requests made.
The purpose of processing the personal data collected corresponds to the obligations relating to the services provided (customer management, commercial prospecting, organization of the reception relating to the signed quote)
Opposition to telephone canvassing
“In accordance with the provisions of article L223-1 of the Consumer Code, the consumer has the possibility of registering free of charge on a list of opposition to telephone canvassing if he does not wish to be the subject of commercial prospecting by telephone. This list is accessible via the following site: www.bloctel.gouv.fr.
Amicable settlement of disputes
Any complaint can be sent by post to the seller's address on the first page of the quotation.
In the event of a dispute, the organizing customer may use a consumer mediator free of charge under the conditions provided for in Title 1 of Book VI of the Consumer Code (articles L.611-1 and following; and R.611-1 and following).
